$200 Initial Consultation
$160 55-60 minute session
$125 45 minute session
Educational programs and support group facilitation are contracted on a case by case basis.
Insurance
Current in-network contracts are with Blue Cross/Blue Shield IL PPO & Blue Choice Network and Medicare; out-of-network benefits apply with most other carriers and not an HMO preferred provider. Couples therapy is private pay only. I can provide assistance with verifying benefits in advance to determine affordability.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. It is important to verify your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check or electronic transfer (EFT) preferred. Some major credit cards are accepted, especially for HSA account holders. Co-payment is due at the time of service.

Good Faith Estimate (pursuant to No Surprises Act 2022)
You have the right to receive a 'Good Faith Estimate' explaining how much your care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
